I’m not sure where I’m going?
Sometimes life can feel like travelling down a long, straight road – with no real destination in mind.
Perhaps you can’t quite remember how you got here. Did someone encourage you to take this path? Were you just following the expectations of others? Was it simply the quickest way to get away from a situation you didn’t want to be in?
Perhaps you consciously chose this road many years ago, but you’ve changed and your priorities have changed too.
Whatever the reason, there’s a persistent feeling that something just isn’t right.
You continue moving forward, but without a strong sense of purpose or direction. You notice different opportunities and possibilities along the way and wonder where they might lead. Sometimes you decide ‘yes, it’s time for a change’… only to find yourself continuing down the same familiar road.
Many people describe this experience as feeling ‘stuck’, ‘disconnected’ or ‘on autopilot’.
