Medicare
Counselling is not currently accessible through the Medicare Mental Health Care Plan. While this means sessions are not eligible for a Medicare rebate, it also allows people to access support directly and privately, without needing a GP referral or formal treatment plan.
The out-of-pocket cost after the Medicare rebate is comparable to a session with your counsellor, and is not limited to a fixed number of sessions.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that life can be unpredictable. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. Appointments cancelled with less notice, or missed without notice, may incur the full session fee.
